UW Counseling center is a great place to start if you have any questions or concerns about your own self-efficacy. They offer mental health resources, Skills-based workshops, individual and group counseling as well as crisis services.

Let's Talk is a program that connects UW students with support from experienced counselors from the Counseling Center and Hall Health Center without an appointment. Counselors hold drop-in hours at various sites on campus.
